Terms & Conditions and COVID-19 Precautions
Tickets:
Tickets are Non-refundable, but you are free to give/sell tickets to someone else.

If you wish to exchange for a different session, please contact us prior to the event.

Entry to Festival:
We want this event to be enjoyable and safe for everybody so:

Anyone who appears unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19 (including and not limited to a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)) will be refused entry to the festival.

To protect others if anyone is unwell, showing symptoms of COVID-19, been advised to self-isolate or has tested positive for COVID-19 we request you do not attend the festival and follow NHS guidelines.

There is currently no requirement for customers to prove that they have had a double vaccination or recent negative COVID-19 test. However, this may alter if there is a change in government law or advice.

Customers are encouraged to scan the QR poster using the NHS COVID-19 app when arriving at the festival.
During the Festival:
Customers are encouraged to wear face masks when not sat at a table and to observe social distancing where possible.

Hand sanitiser will be provided at various locations; please make use of these at regular intervals
